Collect periodic receivables from your customers through
automatic ACH drafting. All you have to do is sign-up
your customers and we'll do the rest.
- Your customers provide a voided check and sign
authorization forms to have their bank accounts
drafted automatically. You keep the signed
authorization and provide Ea$yDraft with a written
confirmation to begin drafting (fax, e-mail, mail or
PC file)
- Ea$yDraft will maintain a database of your
customers and payment amounts
- Ea$yDraft will automatically draft your
customers' accounts on the payment date for you
- You will receive a report reflecting the
payments collected and amounts credited to your
account
Cost - fees are based on volume plus
a small monthly maintenance fee. Low set-up fee.
Ea$y Re-Check: Collect returned checks
through electronic ACH draft.
- As you receive returned checks from your bank, send the checks to Ea$yDraft
- Ea$yDraft will draft the customer's account for the amount owed
- You will receive a report reflecting payments collected and amounts credited to your account
Cost - completely FREE to
you. We collect the returned check service
charge from the customer.
Ea$y Phone-Check: Collect phone orders through bank draft:
- As you receive phone orders, your
customers can verbally authorize you to
draft their bank account, which is critical
for customers without credit cards
- You record and provide required customer
and transaction information to Ea$yDraft and
you send a transaction confirmation to the
customer to inform them that their account
will be drafted
- Ea$yDraft will print a paper draft and deposit
it directly into your bank account

Ea$y Web-Chek: Collect internet orders through bank draft.
- Ea$yDraft will establish a secure link to your
internet website
- When purchasing products and services, your
customer will have the option to choose bank draft
- If the customer chooses bank draft, they will be
asked to enter required information and authorize
Ea$yDraft to draft their account on your behalf
- Ea$yDraft will draft the customer's account for
the transaction amount
- You will receive a report reflecting payments
collected and amounts credited to your account
